The following are an example of some of the special products we have produced for specific customer requirements:
1. 3-phase transformer 64 kVA to be built into a large NZ made welder for the US market The external dimensions and arrangement of the terminals were specifically designed to comply with requirements of the client.

2. An adjustable powersupply used to control the temperature of a polystyrene cutter. The cutter consists mainly of a Nickel-Cadmium wire and is used to shape blocks of polystyrene for props on film and TV sets. Entire buildings, rockformations, etc are produced this way. TSL developed the powersupply which allows the user to set a reproduceable wire temperature independent of the length of the wire.

3. TSL has designed and built the circuitry for a fully regulated DC powersupply in 2 Amp, 5 Amp, 10 Amp and 40 Amp Combined with a suitable transformer we can produce a DC powersupply where the output voltage can be set accurately at any value up to 24 volt DC, and is stable independent of the load applied within the capacity of the board. 4. TSL built a series of in-ground powersupplies for the outside lighting of a large, overseas pleasure park. The transformers were encased in a specially designed housing able to withstand immersion over longer periods of time. For optimal heat dissipation the transfomer was "potted", ie totally immersed in resin inside the housing. All fittings were stainless steel.

5. TSL design and make high-amp DC powersupplies for various applications such as electroplating, etc.

6. TSL designs and builds simple open "DC RAW" powersupplies. These consist of a transformer, with rectifier bridge on a heatsink attched.
